Vato Arveladze is a former football player from Georgia, born on April 29, 1973. He played as a striker and is known for his career at various clubs in Turkey, including Trabzonspor, Fenerbahçe, and Besiktas. Arveladze represented the Georgian National team and scored a total of 291 career goals in 508 appearances. After retiring from his playing career, he started coaching and has managed several clubs such as AZ Alkmaar, Kasimpasa, and Georgia National team. In his coaching career, he has won two Eredivisie titles with AZ Alkmaar and guided Georgia to qualification for UEFA Euro 2020 - their first major tournament appearance.
